Returns:
We do not accept any returns on our gas powered motorized bicycle kits once the engine has been
fired because we cannot resell them as new to anyone else. If you wish to sell your motorized
bicycle, try posting an ad in the classifieds.
Please contact us directly before shipping any goods back to us for return or refund. We have a
20% restocking fee on all returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

D.O.A. Product Policy:
All electrical units sold are covered by our D.O.A. (Dead-on-Arrival) policy. Our manufacturers
ensure that all units are tested and are in working order. If an item arrives and malfunctions, it is the
buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail and notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The buyer must contact us to report any missing parts and accessories received with the package
within 24 hours of delivery. Only reports submitted within the stated time frames will be reviewed,
otherwise, the D.O.A. guarantee expires. When submitting a D.O.A. report, please include the
tracking number assigned for the shipment, and additional details to be reviewed. Upon review of
the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. After the
stated time frames upon receiving the shipment and no report is received, we assume that the
buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.
Damaged Goods Policy:
Damaged product claims will need to be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment (or
as noted within the UPS delivery tracking system) . When submitting a damaged product report,
please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment, pictures for proof of damages, and
any other additional details to be reviewed. Also, contact and notify the shipping company to ensure
that they are aware that damages were noted on the item received. Upon review of the report, we
will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. We require up to 5
business days in order to review damaged reports. No damaged reports received after 48 hours
from the delivery date reflected by the tracking information will be taken into consideration. We will
assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.

We do ship to Canada and the United States. We do not ship to PO BOX, HI, PR, VI, GU, AK,

We don't ship to locations outside of Canada and the US.
We do insure all shipped items. We don't offer combined shipping unless otherwise stated in the site.
We do ship out items from Monday to Friday (regular business days). We don't ship items on
Saturday, Sunday or on statutory holidays.

impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country.
We do not cover this cost for all of our US customers.
As soon as we receive your payment the order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. We
reserve the right to advise our buyers if any shipping problems are noted with their purchase.
Buyers agree to pay insurance, shipping and handling as indicated with the listing. We reserve the
right to advise our buyers of any additional shipping costs that may apply to their purchase when
processing the shipment. We quote additional shipping costs accordingly and will only advise
buyers where extreme shipping costs have been quoted (this may apply to customers residing in
restricted, mountainous or limited access areas or in areas such as Newfoundland, New
Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia in Canada).
The S/H (Shipping and handling) costs cover postage, packaging, labor and regulative costs, and
these charges are non-refundable. Once a shipment has been processed, shipping costs are no
longer refundable to the buyer.

US CUSTOMERS
For those residing in the US, duty and tariff charges are based on the value stated by the seller for
the product being shipped. These charges only apply for items declared with a value over
US$200.00 . The value we declare is the amount for your purchase (not the total amount including
Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges). Sales tax does not apply to items shipped to the US
(except FL.). Brokerage fees are collected by UPS upon delivery of products valued over US$200.00
. Please contact UPS for any applicable fees at the time of delivery.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
GST Sales Tax will be charged for all purchases shipped to buyers within Canada and this charge is
based on the total cost of the item (price plus shipping and insurance costs). No additional
duty/customs fees will apply as our products have been imported into Canada.
Sales Tax:
The following Sales Tax applies to the total cost for the item (winning bid and shipping costs
combined) only for Canadian buyers where the item is shipped to a Canadian address:
5% GST for ALL Canadian buyers.
7% PST for ONLY BC Residents in Canada.
No Sales Tax will be applied for those residing in the US (except FL. 6%).
Tracking Information:
We provide all our customers with a tracking number for their purchase once the shipment has been
processed. We only process shipments through UPS ! We do not offer any shipping arrangements.
Once assigned the tracking number , please allow up to 2-5 business days prior to tracking the
shipment. In some cases, the tracking information is active within 24 hours of receiving the
tracking number via email, however, if the tracking number is received on either Friday, Saturday,
or Sunday, please allow up to 2-5 business days from the following Monday in order to track your
shipment. UPS usually require up to 7-10 regular business days in order to deliver the package once
the tracking information is available through the UPS system.
Back Orders:
If the motorized bike, bike part, or accessory that you have ordered is not in stock, we will
automatically put it on back order for you. We will always contact you with the option of an alterative
item or to cancel your order.
Complaints Handling:
Zippy Cycles, LLC tries to respond to all complaints within five working days. Please contact in the
